1. About Memory Web
Memory Web is an Artificially Feral service intended to help authorized AI companions and account holders preserve selected memories and meaningful associations in private encrypted vaults.
2. Membership and access
Access is planned as a benefit for the Artificially Feral Patreon $8, $10, $15 and $20 membership tiers. The $5 Visara-only tier does not include Memory Web. A Patreon sign-in alone does not grant permission to read or manage another vault.
3. Memory storage and recovery
Only selected memory and graph records should be uploaded. Users and authorized companion clients are responsible for controlling their encryption and recovery keys. If all recovery methods are lost, the operator may be unable to restore encrypted contents.
4. Companion authorization
Companions connect only through expressly authorized tools. Owners can grant or revoke access. Revoking an application credential does not retroactively erase information already retrieved or decrypted on a connected device.
5. Responsible use
You agree not to access another person's vault without permission, circumvent security controls, or upload unlawful or infringing material. You retain responsibility for content you choose to import and share.
6. Service limits
Memory Web is an evolving product. Availability, quotas and features may change as the service develops. Backups help recover stored ciphertext but cannot replace lost recovery keys.
7. Terms changes
Material changes may require your renewed acknowledgement. This draft is not a substitute for legal review or the final published Terms.
